Decision No. 1824/QD-BCA dated April 9, 2026, issued by General Luong Tam Quang, Minister of Public Security, recognizes the contributions of CMC Corporation and Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh in implementing Project 06 - a key national program on developing applications of population data, electronic identification and authentication to serve national digital transformation.

This milestone recognizes CMC’s role in accompanying digital transformation, administrative procedure reform, database development and utilization, technology solution development, and information security and safety efforts to better serve citizens and businesses.

Over the past period, CMC has participated in Project 06 as a leading private technology corporation in Vietnam, contributing to several key areas including consulting and policy feedback; supporting database development; providing technology solutions; and delivering training and supplementary knowledge on digital transformation, cybersecurity and information security for public officials.
