At the event, the Prime Minister announced that Vietnam will persist in advancing three strategic breakthroughs: constructing strategic infrastructure to lower input and logistics costs and boost product competitiveness; developing top-notch human capital; and refining institutions to ease and reduce costs associated with compliance for both individuals and enterprises. The motto stressed by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh is: "Policies must be open, infrastructure must be smooth, and governance must be smart. Notwithstanding global instability, we shall continue with these measures in the spirit of sharing risks and harmonizing the interests of the State, people, enterprises, and investors. This is the greatest balance”.

YPO Chairman Emeritus Pascal Gerken and other delegates were impressed that despite global challenges, Vietnam still managed to achieve remarkable socio-economic development outcomes in 2023, where Gross Domestic Product (GDP) was increased by 5.05%, inflation was controlled, and a huge number of foreign direct investment (FDI) was attracted.

Moreover, according to Mr. Thomas Serva, CEO of the Baracoda Group (France), Vietnam is among the most alluring destinations due to its abundant and high-quality human resources as well as positive ties with France. This enterprise wishes to be a part of the construction of innovation centers and artificial intelligence development in Vietnam.
