CMC honored in Vietnam Top 100 Best Places to Work 2022
A survey to find the best places to work in Vietnam in 2022 was conducted by Anphabe from April to September 2022 with the participation of 57,939 employees and 515 companies. The institution also had in-depth surveys and interviews with about 150 leaders and HR managers in 20 main industries.
Representative of CMC, Ms. Dang Thi Thanh Thuy – Director of Human Resources and Talent Development receives the award for Vietnam Top 100 Best Places to Work 2022.
This is the 9th year that the "Best Places to Work" survey is conducted by Anphabe. The award is a recognition for CMC's efforts in order to become an ideal and happy workplace as well as enhance the attractiveness of CMC as an employer in the Vietnamese labor market.
As said by Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh - Chairman of BOD/President of CMC Corporation, the result reflects exactly what CMC has invested in and endeavored during the past time. CMC focuses on digital transformation and understand that digital transformation is, first of all, about human transformation and creating an environment that promotes digital culture and digital thinking.
