CMC TS deploys centralized management system for a company in the energy sector

CMC TS has deployed a centralized management system (CMS) for 22,000 users at 30 branches of a company in the energy sector.

Customer's Problem

The company does not have an overall system of centralized management, and their old system only stops at unit level.
The old system does not give authority to each user, thus, who wishes to edit information will have to make a request to the administrator of the unit, causing a waste of time and making it inconvenient.

In the face of such a challenge, the company has the following requirements:

The new CMS should give independence to each unit without affecting other units at the company.

The new system can connect all computers and initiate all users of the units into the company's CMS.

User data is ensured to not affect other systems of the company.

Solution of CMC TS

CMC TS deploys Microsoft’s Active Directory to build a CMS for all users of the company.

In order to build the operating management system for each unit, CMC TS deploys AD Manager Plus, a solution of Manageengine.

CMC TS also deploys AD Self Service by Manageengine to help users proactively update their personal information.

Results of the project

CMC TS has completed the project earlier than expected for the company with 30 affiliated units and 22,000 users.

The CMS infrastructure deployed by CMC TS is the premise for the company to build other user-related systems and solutions (in terms of personnel, processes, etc.) as well as for their transition to the cloud.
