Therefore, at the meeting, CMC introduced technology solutions that the corporation is researching and developing, and updated technology trends in the world for Vietnam Airlines.

Director of CIST introduces new technology solutions and products

These solutions include: CIVAMS - a face recognition solution using artificial intelligence, anomaly detection product using Big Data, Social Listening product, Data Matching product, and KMS Chatbot using AI technology.

Currently, Vietnam Airlines is one of the strategic clients of CMC TS who uses virtualized server infrastructure and security solutions provided by CMC TS.
